Baker Hughes offers an Internship Program in Italy for students pursuing engineering degrees to gain hands-on experience in energy manufacturing and digitalization. You’ll receive training, work on meaningful projects, and be mentored to develop skills and learn the company culture.

The role focuses on improving processes through AI-enabled tools in Microsoft 365, with shop floor validation and collaboration across Manufacturing Engineering, Operators, HSE, Maintenance, and Quality teams.

Competenze

• Enrolled in or recently graduated with GPA >= 3.0 (or equivalent).
• Fluent in oral and written English.
• Eligible to work in the country without sponsorship.
• Willing to work both in office and on the shop floor.
• Interest in digitalization and AI-based solutions.

Mansioni

• Improve operational processes and support AI-enabled solutions within Microsoft 365.
• Balance process analysis (60%) with shop floor validation (40%).
• Develop AI-enabled tools and verify implementation with operations.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering, Operators, HSE, Facility & Maintenance, and Quality teams.
• Contribute to digital transformation initiatives and productivity improvements.
