What you’ll do:

• Forgemeaningfulrelationships: You’llbuild trusted relationships with C-level leaders (CEO, CIO, COO, CTO) across top industry clients.You’llmove beyond traditional advising, helping clients rethink challenges, shape their vision, and create space for innovative transformation. Your guidance will empower them to tackle their biggest priorities with confidence.
• Lead the ConsultingLifecycle: You’lldesign and deliver strategies that spark new opportunities and bring fresh solutions to life. Frominitialclient discussionstocollaborating with diverse teamsto build compelling proposals,you’llbe hands-on in helping clients achieve real, measurable impact. • Experience in one or more of the following areas:
  • Advising senior leaders (C-level) and understanding the key drivers for change, especially in areas like AI, Cloud, Digital Platforms, and Cybersecurity.
  • Shaping and executing Technology,ITor BusinessStrategies , with an openness to new perspectives and innovative approaches.
  • Leading application modernisation projects , such as SAP or S4/HANA, and embracingnew technologies.
  • IT Sourcing and Cost Optimisation ,support clients achieve the right strategic partnerships that deliver technology transformations at the right price, as well as how we help companies realise broader cost savings

What do we offer?

• Gartner believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is 106,000 EUR - 119,000 EUR in Italy. Employees participate in either a bonus plan based on company and individual performance or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan.
