Boston Consulting Group (BCG) Platinion is seeking a consultant focused on shaping digital transformation for globally leading companies. You will align strategic IT implementations with business needs, enabling clients to leverage agile practices and modern approaches for complex IT projects.

You will design and optimize unique IT architectures and enterprise solutions, including cyber resilience, as you collaborate with interdisciplinary teams across a global landscape.

Competenze

• Degree in computer science, (business) informatics, or a related discipline.
• At least three years of relevant IT consulting experience.
• Knowledge of machine learning, cyber resilience, DevOps, agile, AI, and robotics.

What You'll Do

• You'll shape the digital transformation of globally leading companies while keeping overarching technical solutions and individual client circumstances clearly in view
• You'll develop groundbreaking projects by enabling your clients to effectively use agile methods and modern approaches in the context of strategic IT implementation
• You'll smooth the path for tailored, future-oriented customer journeys based on precise analysis of the specific situation and with current market developments and trends - such as machine learning - in mind
• You'll design and optimize unique IT architectures within the framework of enterprise solution requirements, modern custom software developments, and sustainable digital solutions, including cyber resilience

What You'll Bring

• You have a degree in computer science, (business) informatics, or a related discipline
• You have at least three years of relevant experience in IT consulting
• You know exactly what the buzzwords machine learning, cyber resilience, DevOps, agile, AI, and robotics mean
• You enjoy tackling complex digital challenges and are enthusiastic about developing and sharing solutions
• You feel comfortable in interdisciplinary teams and global contexts and are flexible and willing to travel
• You're good at understanding and communicating complex topics in both Italian and English

Compensation Information

Total compensation for this role includes base salary, annual discretionary performance bonus, and a market-leading benefits package described below. Our Reward Philosophy is to take a holistic approach to offer a comprehensive package which includes market-competitive base salary, discretionary performance bonus and strong benefits that are locally relevant and support both physical and mental health. Our philosophy drives our actions and aims at being competitive, fair and easy for employees to understand. The base salary range for this role is EUR 46.000,00 - EUR 49.000,00.

This is an estimated range. Any final offer would be based on objective, role-related criteria such as your relevant experience, qualifications, and demonstrated skills. Employees may also be eligible for an annual discretionary performance bonus.
