Capgemini Invent in Italy seeks an Enterprise Technology & AI Transformation Associate Consultant to support clients across industries in designing and delivering complex transformations, blending technology strategy, operating model design, process optimization, data and AI capabilities, and governance.

You will help define Target Operating Models, roadmaps and business cases, and design AI-enabled operating models with governance to scale them responsibly.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Data/AI, Management Engineering, Economics or a comparable discipline.
• Up to 2 years of experience in technology consulting, enterprise transformation, IT strategy, operating model design, digital transformation, enterprise architecture.
• Foundational understanding of cloud, data platforms, integration, cybersecurity, enterprise apps, software delivery and tech operations.
• Foundational knowledge of AI and generative AI concepts with interest in responsible AI and governance.

• Support assessments of enterprise technology landscapes, operating models, capabilities and processes to identify transformation priorities and risks.

YOUR ROLE

As an Enterprise Technology & AI Transformation Associate Consultant at Capgemini Invent, you will support clients across industries in the design and delivery of complex enterprise transformations, combining technology strategy, operating model design, process optimization, data and AI capabilities, and transformation governance. Join us to help organizations redesign how they operate, make decisions and deliver outcomes - enabled by data, AI and modern technology

In this role, you will be a key player in the following activities:

• Support assessments of enterprise technology landscapes, operating models, capabilities and processes, collecting and analysing information to identify transformation priorities, value opportunities and execution risks.
• Contribute to the definition of enterprise and technology Target Operating Models, documenting governance, organization, processes, decision rights, sourcing, capabilities, performance management and enabling platforms.
• Support the development of transformation strategies, roadmaps and business cases through research, analysis, benchmarking, financial modelling and preparation of client-ready materials.
• Design AI-enabled business and technology operating models, identifying high-value use cases and defining the capabilities, guardrails, governance and adoption mechanisms required to scale them responsibly.

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Data/AI, Management Engineering, Economics or a comparable discipline.
• Up to 2 years of experience - including internships or university projects - in technology consulting, enterprise transformation, IT strategy, operating model design, digital transformation, enterprise architecture.
• Foundational understanding of enterprise technology domains such as cloud, data platforms, integration, cybersecurity, enterprise applications, software delivery and technology operations.
• Foundational knowledge of AI and generative AI concepts, with interest in use-case assessment, responsible AI, governance, adoption and value measurement.
• Nice to have: knowledge of Target Operating Model principles and the ability to support their translation into organization, process, governance, capability and technology requirements.
• Nice to have: good command of common collaboration, analysis and delivery tools (e.g. PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, Jira, Confluence, Miro or process-modelling platforms).
• Good analytical and problem-solving mindset, structured communication and the ability to work effectively in international, multi-stakeholder environments.

Note: Fluent Italian and English required

Position: Associate Consultant

Gross Annual Salary (RAL): from €26,192 to €33,059

The salary range indicated has been defined in compliance with European and national legislation on pay transparency.

The minimum value of the range corresponds to the minimum salary treatment established by the applicable National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL) for the level and position indicated above and does not necessarily represent the starting salary. The compensation offered at the conclusion of the selection process will be determined based on the candidate’s skills, professional experience, level of seniority, and the specific characteristics of the selected profile, in line with the company’s compensation and job classification system, and in accordance with objective and gender-neutral criteria.
