BCG Platinion, Milano, Italy, seeks a senior IT transformation lead to shape digital strategies and execute large IT projects. Hybrid work model complements a focus on strategic delivery and hands-on tech execution.

You'll work with C-suite clients, lead cross‑functional teams, and drive architecture design while communicating fluently in Italian and English. This role emphasizes collaboration, leadership, and measurable business impact.

Competenze

• Degree in computer science or related discipline with strong grades.
• At least nine years of IT consulting experience.
• Experience leading project teams including on the client side.
• Strong resource planning and leadership capabilities.
• Familiar with IT architecture development and business case planning.
• Proficient in Italian and English communication.

What You'll Do

• Shape the digital transformation of globally leading companies by planning, launching, and successfully executing wide-ranging IT projects with clients
• Throughout your strategic IT implementation programs, manage internal and external teams and combine pertinent industry and IT know-how with agile project management methods like SAFe to ensure smooth implementation of digital transformation processes
• During the design, assessment, and optimization of IT architectures, be responsible for coordinating teams, organizing and leading discussions with top client management, and providing key impetus with a view toward current market developments and trends

What You'll Bring

• Degree in computer science, (business) informatics, or a related discipline with higher-than-average grades
• At least nine years of relevant experience in IT consulting and the realization of operative and strategic transformation and implementation projects
• Experienced project team leader—including on the client side
• Efficient resource planning and motivational employee leadership
• Familiar with all the stages of development for successful IT organizations and IT processes
• Knowledge of how to plan IT initiatives and build solid business cases
• Good at understanding and communicating complex topics in both Italian and English

Compensation Information

Total compensation for this role includes base salary, annual discretionary performance bonus, and a market-leading benefits package described below. The base salary range for this role is EUR 84.000,00 - EUR 90.000,00.

This is an estimated range. Any final offer would be based on objective, role-related criteria such as your relevant experience, qualifications, and demonstrated skills. Employees may also be eligible for an annual discretionary performance bonus.
