Job summary
Stryker Corporation is seeking a Product Support Specialist for North Italy (Triveneto) to provide technical and clinical support for Joint Replacement products, including MAKO robotic procedures. The role involves close collaboration with the regional sales team, training and coordinating events, and daily business support to ensure top-tier customer service.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, healthcare or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare.
- Native or C2 level of Italian and advanced level of English (C1 minimum).
- Strong knowledge of the healthcare industry.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical and technical support for MAKO robotic procedures and joint replacement surgeries.
- Train theatre staff and clinicians on Stryker products and procedures.
- Coordinate with Regional Sales Manager to ensure best-in-class service levels.
- Audit theatre stock, manage consignment inventory, and ensure asset management practices.
- Organize and conduct trainings/workshops for a broad customer group and support product adoption.
