Job summary

Stryker is recruiting six Product Support Specialist positions across the Triveneto region, preferably based in Verona or Padova. You will service and support MAKO robotic and traditional joint replacement procedures in theatre and clinical settings.

You will train theatre staff, coordinate with the regional sales team, manage inventory, and ensure best-in-class service while upholding Stryker’s ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, healthcare or related medical/technical field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience working in healthcare.
• Native or C2 level of Italian and advanced level of English (C1 minimum).
• Strong knowledge of the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities

• Servicing existing and new customer base within the theatre and clinical environment.
• Providing support for MAKO robotic procedures and manual joint replacement surgeries.
• Providing theatre and wider HCP staff with training on Stryker products.
• Working with the Regional Sales Manager to ensure best-in-class customer service.
