Job summary

Stryker is recruiting for six Product Support Specialist positions across the Triveneto region, ideally based in Padova or Verona. The role focuses on servicing Joint Replacement procedures, including MAKO robotic surgeries, and delivering best-in-class specialist support to clinical customers.

As part of the team, you will train theatre staff, manage inventory, and collaborate with Sales to drive customer success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, healthcare or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of healthcare experience.
• Native or C2 level of Italian and advanced level of English (C1 minimum).
• Strong knowledge of the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities

• Servicing existing and new customer base within the theatre and clinical environment.
• Providing support for MAKO robotic procedures and manual joint replacement surgeries.
• Providing theatre and wider HCP staff with training on Stryker products.
• Collaborating with the Regional Sales Manager to ensure best-in-class customer service.
• Auditing theatre Stryker stock and managing consignment inventory.
• Organizing and conducting training workshops and events for a broad customer group.
