Job summary

Stryker Corporation is seeking a Field-based Product Support Specialist for Joint Replacement in North Italy. You will service clinical customers, support MAKO robotic procedures, and train theatre staff on Stryker products.

Role demands travel and close collaboration with sales to deliver exemplary service. Ideal candidates hold a technical degree, have healthcare experience, and are fluent in Italian with strong English skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, healthcare or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience working in healthcare.
• Native Italian and advanced level of English (C1).
• Strong knowledge of the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities

• Servicing existing and new customer base within the theatre and clinical environment.
• Providing support for MAKO robotic procedures and manual joint replacement surgeries.
• Providing theatre and wider HCP staff with training on Stryker products.
• Working closely with regional team to ensure best-in-class customer service.
