Sheraton is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join a team of five, responsible for routine and preventive maintenance of electrical, plumbing, heating, and mechanical systems. You will ensure safe, efficient operation of all facilities and support a positive guest experience.

Responsibilities include responding to repairs, performing inspections on boilers and HVAC, assisting with minor carpentry and painting, maintaining logs, and coordinating with external contractors while adhering to CEI

Competenze

• Diploma or equivalent in electrical/electronic field.
• Knowledge of residential and industrial electrical systems; reading schematics.
• Experience with diagnostic software; English at least intermediate.

Mansioni

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on electrical, plumbing, heating, and mechanical systems.
• Handle quick repairs for breakdowns or malfunctions reported by guests or staff.
• Conduct periodic inspections of boilers, HVAC systems, lighting, elevators and other infrastructure.
• Assist with setup tasks and minor carpentry, painting, and masonry work.
• Monitor and maintain order in technical areas and tool storage.
