Orient Express is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join the Engineering & Facilities team. You will ensure hotel systems and assets operate safely and efficiently in a five‑star environment, delivering proactive maintenance and collaborating across departments to maintain luxurious guest areas and back‑of‑house spaces.

Ideal candidates have proven maintenance experience, technical proficiency in multiple systems, and a commitment to safety and service quality in a high-end property.

Competenze

• Proven experience in a maintenance or engineering role, preferably in luxury hotel settings.
• Two or more of: electrical, plumbing, HVAC, mechanical systems, or general building maintenance.

Mansioni

• Perform regular inspections, preventive maintenance, and repair of building systems.
• Respond to maintenance requests promptly while preserving guest privacy.
• Maintain guest rooms, public areas, and service spaces to luxury standards.
• Check and maintain boilers, chillers, pumps, lighting, fire alarms, and elevators.
• Carry out carpentry, painting, and minor construction as needed.
