The Social Hub (B Corp™) in Firenze is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our hotel running smoothly. You will fix and prevent issues, perform routine checks, and address guest needs with a calm, hands-on approach.

You’ll work alongside the Maintenance Manager, handle day-to-day tasks, assist external contractors, and help maintain safe, comfortable spaces for guests, students, and teammates in a dynamic, multinational setting.

Competenze

• 2+ years of experience in a similar maintenance role, ideally in hospitality.
• Strong hands-on technical skills with a practical approach to problems.
• Ability to stay calm and solve issues on the spot.

Mansioni

• Handle day-to-day maintenance issues across the hotel (plumbing, lighting, locks, repairs).
• Perform daily walkarounds and keep indoor/outdoor areas safe and presentable.
• Carry out preventative maintenance checks to spot issues early.
• Tackle minor painting and cosmetic fixes as needed.
• Coordinate with external contractors for specialist work.
• Monitor stock levels for tools, materials, and parts.
• Support the Maintenance Manager with ad hoc tasks.
