The Luxury Collection in Milan is seeking a proactive Maintenance Engineer to respond to guest repair requests and perform preventive maintenance across hotel facilities. You will communicate effectively with guests to resolve issues and ensure safety and quality standards are met.

Expect tasks spanning electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and basic landscaping, with emphasis on energy conservation and guest satisfaction.

Competenze

• Experience with general maintenance tasks and repairs.
• Experience in painting and surface preparation is preferred.
• Driver’s License may be required.

Mansioni

• Respond to guest repair requests and communicate issues to guests.
• Perform preventive maintenance on building systems and equipment.
• Inspect and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry as needed.
• Coordinate with other teams to ensure timely repairs and safety compliance.
