Four Seasons Venice is seeking a General Maintenance professional to diagnose, repair, and maintain the hotel’s electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, HVAC, and safety systems. You will support operations across front- and back-of-house areas, ensuring safety, comfort, and service excellence for guests and colleagues.

Reporting to the Engineering Director, you will implement preventive maintenance, manage work orders, and participate in energy-saving initiatives.

Competenze

• At least 1+ years of proven maintenance experience in buildings and technical equipment.
• Technical knowledge in electrical, mechanical, hydraulics, HVAC, or building automation is preferred.
• Fluent communication, attention to safety, and reliability are essential.

Mansioni

• Implement preventive maintenance programs for hotel equipment and systems.
• Update logs and documentation to ensure traceability and compliance.
