Freudenberg Group is seeking experienced maintenance professionals to develop and execute planned maintenance on complex equipment. You will train staff, drive standard work, and lead continuous improvement initiatives across the production floor.

The role emphasizes root cause analysis, safety compliance, and collaboration with engineering to update specifications, while maintaining accurate maintenance records and supporting Lean, TPM, and quality standards.

Competenze

• 5+ years in maintenance or a technical role.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, TPM and Continuous Improvement.
• Knowledge of electric, hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical and automation systems.
• Some manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Basic math and logical reasoning.
• High accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to work with shifting priorities and schedules.
• PLC programming and troubleshooting familiarity.

• Develop and achieve planned maintenance on equipment.
• Ensure maintenance records are accurate and up to date.
• Train maintenance staff to achieve cross functional expertise.
• Contribute to standard work and continuous improvement.
• Perform root cause analysis for downtime and prevent recurrence.
• Create and update technical specifications with engineering.
• Provide detailed reports on equipment status.
• Participate in HSE initiatives and promote safety.
• Ensure tools, parts, and work instructions are available.
• Follow Health, Safety, Environmental, Quality and Lean standards.
• Interact with all production functional areas.
