Innovate is seeking experienced Maintenance Engineers/Technicians for flexible freelance/B2B opportunities in highly automated logistics and distribution environments. Candidates should have strong mechanical and electrical maintenance skills and be comfortable with shift cover, breakdown responses, and short-term projects in intralogistics settings.

Competenze

Strong mechanical and electrical maintenance background.
Experience within intralogistics, material handling, distribution, warehousing or automated logistics.
Experience maintaining and fault-finding conveyors, sortation systems, motors, sensors, drives and automated equipment.
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable responding to breakdowns and technical faults.
Able to work independently in a fast-paced operational environment.
Happy to work shifts and provide occasional short-notice cover.
Open to freelance/B2B working arrangements.
Legally able to work in Italy on a freelance/B2B basis.
