Donaldson is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support assembly manufacturing through process improvement, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives. You will collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Planning, Sales, and Production to ensure safety, quality, and productivity targets are met in the plant.

Competenze
- University degree in Automation Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering with Industrial Automation specialization.
Mansioni
- Support one plant assembly department to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and productivity targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to introduce new products and implement process changes.
- Support the implementation of quality systems within the workshop.
- Explore ideas and technologies to improve processes, quality, and reduce costs.
- Back up Product Lifecycle Management activities, including APD and CQP methodologies.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Planning, Sales, and Production.
- Support machine revamping and continuous improvement projects.
- Assist in diagnostics, troubleshooting, and minor PLC modifications in equipment and automation systems.
- Work with external suppliers for complex troubleshooting, upgrades, and improvements.
