Hager Group is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance of production equipment at our Arenzano/Genova site. This permanent role reports to the Plant Manager and focuses on ensuring availability, reliability, and safety in a high-tech manufacturing environment.

You will manage preventive and predictive maintenance, budgets, and a maintenance team, driving continuous improvement and the adoption of new technologies in collaboration with the Maintenance HQ function.

Competenze

Strong knowledge of maintenance methodologies and procedures.
Experience leading maintenance in an industrial environment.
Ability to manage cross-functional teams and communicate effectively.

Mansioni

Ensure continuity and effectiveness of maintenance activities on production equipment.
Contribute to planning and management of the maintenance budget.
Organize preventive and predictive maintenance, emergency interventions across shifts, and maintain the workshop and warehouse.
Lead technical analyses focusing on equipment failures, downtime, and impact on quality, output and safety.
Oversee training to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance regulations.
Drive introduction of new technologies (e.g., AI-based maintenance) in collaboration with HQ.
