Freudenberg Home and Cleaning Solutions in Roncello, Italy, is seeking a Maintenance Technician (f/m/d) to develop and achieve planned maintenance on equipment and to train staff for cross-functional expertise.

You will drive standard work, participate in continuous improvement, perform root-cause analysis for downtime, and ensure adherence to HSE, quality and Lean standards across production areas. The base annual compensation is 35,000–45,000 Euro gross and a production bonus may apply.

Competenze

• 5+ years in maintenance or a technical role.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, TPM and Continuous Improvement.
• Knowledge of electric, hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical and automation.
• Some manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong math, logic and accuracy.
• PLC programming and troubleshooting capability.

Maintenance Technician (f/m/d)

Responsibilities

• Develop and achieve planned maintenance on equipment. Ensure maintenance records are accurate and up to date.


• Train maintenance staff to achieve cross functional expertise in machines, auxiliary equipment and automation.


• Develop Standard work, help maintenance manager in continuous improvement of efficiency of the department.


• Perform root cause analysis for unplanned downtime and institute resolutions to mitigate recurrence


• Create, develop and update technical specifications for the equipment together with engineering team


• Provide detailed technical reports about equipment status


• Actively participate in HSE initiatives and promote electrical and mechanical safety.


• Ensure tools, parts and work instructions are available for predicted and preventive repairs.


• Follow Health, Safety, Environmental, Quality and Lean standards


• Interactions: All functional areas of Production

Qualifications

• Proven track record of 5+ years in a maintenance or technical related role


• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, TPM and Continuous Improvement culture


• Knowledge of electric, hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical and automation


• Some experience in manufacturing is preferred


• Basic math skills and good use of logic


• Excellent hand-eye coordination along with ability to work quickly and accuracy for performing repetitive tasks


• Motivated individuals who want to work and will show up to their scheduled shifts on time and excited and ready to work


• High level of accuracy and attention to detail


• Priorities setting capabilities, time management and flexibility
