Limehome is seeking a Maintenance Manager (m/f/d) for Milan to lead property upkeep across our Milan portfolio. You will conduct inspections, perform routine maintenance, and supervise craftsmen to ensure high standards and guest satisfaction.

In this hybrid role you will coordinate with the property management team on HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems, manage the housekeeping ticket system, and safeguard tidiness and security of our Limehomes.

Qualifications

• Completed professional training in a technical profession or hotel/cleaning industry experience.
• Structured and able to apply theory in practice.
• All-rounder capable of handling diverse tasks.
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and well-organised.
• Valid driving license; fluent in Italian and English.

Responsabilités

• Ensure properties in Milan are maintained to a high standard for a consistent guest experience.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and areas for improvement.
• Independently perform routine maintenance and repairs across all Milan properties.
• Supervise craftsmen and external maintenance partners for timely, quality work.
• Maintain technical management of properties; ensure HVAC, electrical, plumbing systems function well with property management.
• Monitor and manage housekeeping ticket system to address maintenance issues promptly.
• Ensure tidiness and security of the properties.

How You'll Be Hosting With Heart

• You are an important part of our operations team and are responsible for ensuring that all properties are maintained to a high standard, providing a consistent and superior experience for our guests.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and areas for improvement.
• Independently perform routine maintenance and repair work across all properties in Milan.
• Supervise and coordinate with craftsmen and external maintenance companies to ensure timely and quality work.
• Maintain the technical management of our properties, ensuring all systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) are functioning efficiently in collaboration with our property management.
• Monitor and manage our housekeeping (HSK) ticket system to address maintenance issues promptly.
• Beyond all you are responsible for the tidiness and security of the properties.

Job Requirements

What you need to shoot for the stars:

• You have completed professional training in a technical profession (ie: electrician) or have already gained experience in the hotel or cleaning industry.
• You are structured and always put theory into practice.
• You are a real all-rounder and are not afraid to take on a wide variety of tasks in a diverse area.
• You have an eye for detail, are reliable and have organisational talent.
• You have a valid car driving licence and speak Italian and English.
