Limehome GmbH in Milan is seeking a Maintenance Manager to ensure our properties are maintained to a high standard and guest experiences stay exceptional. You will perform routine maintenance, inspect properties, and coordinate with technicians to deliver timely, quality work.

Qualifications

• You have completed professional training in a technical profession or have relevant hotel/cleaning industry experience.
• You are structured and put theory into practice.
• You are an all-rounder and willing to take on diverse tasks.
• You have an eye for detail, reliability and strong organisational talent.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all properties are maintained to a high standard for a consistent guest experience.
• Conduct regular inspections and identify maintenance needs and improvements.
• Independently perform routine maintenance across all Milan properties.
• Supervise craftsmen and external maintenance companies to ensure quality work.
• Manage HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems in collaboration with property management.
• Monitor the housekeeping ticket system and address issues promptly.

How you’ll be hosting with heart:

• You are an important part of our operations team and are responsible for ensuring that all properties are maintained to a high standard, providing a consistent and superior experience for our guests.

• Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and areas for improvement.

• Independently perform routine maintenance and repair work across all properties in Milan.

• Supervise and coordinate with craftsmen and external maintenance companies to ensure timely and quality work.

• Maintain the technical management of our properties, ensuring all systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) are functioning efficiently in collaboration with our property management.

• Monitor and manage our housekeeping (HSK) ticket system to address maintenance issues promptly.

• Beyond all you are responsible for the tidiness and security of the properties.

What you need to shoot for the stars:

• You have completed professional training in a technical profession (ie: electrician) or have already gained experience in the hotel or cleaning industry.

• You are structured and always put theory into practice.

• You are a real all-rounder and are not afraid to take on a wide variety of tasks in a diverse area.

• You have an eye for detail, are reliable and have organisational talent.

• You have a valid car driving licence and speak Italian and English.
