Job summary

Vertiv in Italy seeks a Maintenance Operator to lead and coordinate a maintenance team, assigning activities and setting operational priorities in line with production demands.

You will develop preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance plans for production equipment and plant systems, ensuring reliability of mechanical, electrical and automation systems, and coordinating breakdown responses with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Leadership and coordination of maintenance activities across manufacturing operations.
• Ability to assign activities and set operational priorities according to production needs.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical and industrial automation systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the maintenance team, assigning activities and setting operational priorities.
• Develop and manage preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance plans for production equipment and plant systems.
• Ensure the reliability and availability of mechanical, electrical and industrial automation systems.
• Coordinate the response to breakdowns and technical emergencies, ensuring timely troubleshooting and restoration of equipment.
• Define, monitor and report maintenance KPIs, including equipment availability and backlog.
• Lead Root Cause Analysis and FMEA activities for significant equipment failures.
