Saipem is seeking a highly experienced Maintenance Engineering Lead in Milan to oversee reliability and maintenance strategy for complex energy projects. You will coordinate with the EPC Maintenance and Inspection Engineering Department and liaise with clients, vendors, and project teams to ensure safety and performance are met.

The role requires 15+ years in Oil & Gas, strong FMECA/RCM skills, and proficiency with 3D modeling tools. A hybrid work model and international travel may be involved.

Competenze

• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or similar qualification.
• 15+ years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
• English level B2/C1.
• FMECA and RCM methodologies with certification considered a plus.
• Familiarity with Oil & Gas plant design documents and drawings (P&IDs, PFDs, GA drawings).

Mansioni

• Review project technical documentation against contractual requirements.
• Develop the maintenance engineering execution plan.
• Assemble and maintain a comprehensive plant asset register (MEL).
• Create maintenance strategies, procedures and tasks per OEM data or RCM results.
• Conduct equipment criticality analysis to prioritize safety and production needs.
• Prepare CMMS loading templates and operational performance standards.
