Continental in Italy is seeking a Maintenance Engineering Lead to ensure the technical availability and reliability of production machinery. You will drive planned and unplanned maintenance, lead engineers across shifts, and partner with cross-functional teams to improve asset performance.

The role emphasizes safety, TPM initiatives, SAP-PM optimization, and data-driven decision making in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing environment.

Competenze

• 5+ years of maintenance experience in the manufacturing industry.
• Experience leading equipment improvement, refurbishment, modernization, installation, and capital projects.
• Ability to collaborate with international teams and stakeholders across locations.
• Demonstrated leadership of maintenance engineers and technicians across shifts.

Mansioni

• Lead preventive, predictive, corrective, and planned maintenance to maximize reliability and production performance.
• Oversee inspections, lubrication programs, and maintenance documentation while driving process improvements.
• Coach and develop maintenance staff; promote safety, accountability, and technical excellence.
• Coordinate maintenance responses to equipment failures with production priorities.
• Conduct root cause analyses and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime and improve reliability.
• Support TPM, SAP-PM optimization, and condition-monitoring initiatives.
