Saipem is seeking a Maintenance Engineering Specialist to support the Maintenance Engineering Lead within the Energy Carriers Business Line. The role focuses on plant reliability, equipment criticality, and maintenance plan development across onshore/offshore projects.

You will gather design data, build a Maintainable Equipment List, rank items by safety and production needs, and define maintenance strategies based on OEM data or RCM analysis while coordinating with clients, partners, and

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
• Master's or Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering.
• Willingness to travel across EMEA and Africa.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.

Mansioni

• Support the maintenance engineering lead in reviewing project technical documentation.
• Gather maintenance-related design data to build a comprehensive plant asset register.
• Prepare Maintainable Equipment List (MEL) organized by functional location.
• Support mechanical handling assessment and equipment criticality analysis (ECA).
• Develop maintenance strategies, procedures and CMMS templates based on OEM data or RCM results.
