Marsh Italy is seeking a Transactional Risk Broker to join the Private Equity and M&A practice in Milan, serving as strategic deal advisor to clients during transactions and supporting growth of the M&A insurance business.

You will structure and place Transactional Risk Insurance solutions (Warranty & Indemnity, contingent liability, and related products), manage underwriting interactions, and engage with private equity firms, corporate executives, law firms and banks to source and close deals,

Competenze

• Master’s Degree in Laws.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Experience in corporate transactions in private practice with emphasis on private M&A and insurance.
• Strong organizational, project management, and attention to detail.
• Strong client orientation, commercial acumen and persuasive communication.

Mansioni

• Structure and place Transactional Risk Insurance solutions (Warranty & Indemnity, contingent liability, etc.) and manage underwriting process for Italian deals.
• Interact with Private Equity Firms, Corporations, C-Suite members, Law Firms, and Investment Banks to source and advance deals.
• Build relationships with colleagues in Italy and abroad to support growth of the M&A insurance business.
