Job summary

Prada Group seeks a Store Ambassador to lead training for the store team, fostering empathy, warmth, passion, and proactivity in client experience. You will support the Store Manager, plan training programs aligned with global and local priorities, and promote a culture of shadowing, coaching, and continuous learning on the shop floor.

The role emphasizes onboarding new hires, content cascading on product knowledge, and collaboration with HR and leadership to grow talent within a luxury retail

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in learning and development fields, human resources management, psychology, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in retail training or a retail managerial role.
• Completed trainer qualification and relevant professional experience.
• In-depth knowledge of talent management and personnel development methods and tools.
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
• Strong coordination and organizational skills with high communication ability.

Responsibilities

• Identify training needs in line with business priorities.
• Develop training action plans at Store & Client Advisor level.
• Leverage in-store training tools: training sessions and coaching sessions.
• Collaborate with other retail functions (Merchandising, CRM, Events) to organize training activities.
• Perform team gap analysis and build coaching plans with ongoing feedback.
• Drive in-store training initiatives with strong shop floor presence.
• Monitor quality and retention of training content.
• Ensure self-learning culture with Training Digital Tools.
