Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in learning and development fields, human resources management, psychology, or a related field or vocational training.
5+ years of experience in the retail training field or in a retail managerial role.
Completed trainer qualification and relevant professional experience
In-depth knowledge of talent management and/or personnel development methods and tools
Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
Strong coordination and organizational skills, with a high level of communication ability
Fluent English is required

Responsibilities

Partner with Store Manager & Store Leadership to identify training needs and develop action plans.
Leverage in-store training tools: sessions, coaching, Daily Briefing moments, best-practice sharing.
Collaborate with Merchandising, CRM, Events and other retail functions to organize and manage training activities.
Perform Team gap analysis and build coaching plans, with ongoing feedback on progress.
Drive training content cascading on Brand, Client Journey and Product knowledge.
Lead in-store coaching focusing on selling skills, client experience and brand ambassadorship.
Manage onboarding journeys for New Hires in the store in collaboration with HR.
