Tiffany & Co. Florence is seeking a Team Manager (Assistant Store Manager) to support the Store Manager in leading the sales, operations and security teams.

You will act as a Guest Experience Manager, mentor and coach, and build relationships with clients to elevate the Tiffany store experience. You will oversee the store in the Manager’s absence and drive sales, service excellence, and staff development while upholding Tiffany standards.

Competenze

• Minimum of 5 years of retail or luxury retail store management experience or relevant client related experience (e.g., hospitality).
• Proven track record in sales generation and achieving sales results.
• Proven ability to develop new opportunities and maintain client relationships while ensuring brand recognition and market penetration.
• Flexibility to work in various roles based on business needs (sales floor, operations, etc.).
• Italian and English speaking abilities are mandatory; a third language is appreciated.
