Tiffany & Co. seeks a Senior / Client Advisor to represent the brand and ensure every client experience reflects Tiffany's style. You will guide clients across the brand, build lasting relationships, and proactively reach out to grow your client base.

This role emphasizes luxury service, diamond expertise, and High Jewelry knowledge. You will collaborate with store leadership and CRM to maintain client books and deliver memorable moments of joy.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience in luxury retail.
• Excellent client service and relationship-building abilities.
• Fluency in Italian and English; additional language welcomed.

Mansioni

• Elevate in-store experience by delivering memorable moments of joy.
• Provide personalized Tiffany service and guide clients across the brand.
• Prospect new clients through the network and organize private appointments.
