Job summary

Prada Group is seeking a Store Manager for its Cortina d'Ampezzo location. You will own the business, lead a team, and ensure an extraordinary client experience on the sales floor while driving store performance and growth in a luxury environment.

As a leader, you will develop business plans, coach the team, and represent the company in the local market, building client loyalty and promoting omnichannel initiatives.

Qualifications

• Business/retail management experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.
• Fluent English; additional languages desirable.
• Knowledge of luxury fashion markets a plus.
