Prada Group is seeking a Store Manager for its Cortina store to own the business, lead the sales floor, and guarantee an extraordinary client experience. You will drive sales, coach the team, and ensure the store achieves targets while representing the brand in the local market.

You will develop client relationships, foster an entrepreneurial, customer-centric culture, and coordinate omni-channel initiatives to maximize brand presence and client engagement.

Formación

• Experience leading a luxury retail team.
• Strong client relationship development and service mindset.
• Fluent English; other languages desirable.
• Knowledge of luxury fashion market is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Drive and maximize sales performances.
• Propose and develop business plans.
