Silversea is seeking an experienced Front Office professional to manage guest services on a luxury cruise ship. You will lead the front office team, coordinate reception operations, and ensure exceptional guest experiences across all ports of call.

The role requires shipboard experience, fluent English, and strong leadership with cultural sensitivity. Join a renowned luxury cruise line delivering personalized service at sea.

Competenze

• 2–3 years shipboard experience in a similar position on an International 5‑star luxury establishment.
• Excellent fluent English (verbal and written); additional language is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Fidelio and hotel operating systems.
• Strong interpersonal skills with leadership and cultural sensitivity.

• Provides guests with the highest quality guest services, demonstrating genuine concern for guests wellbeing at all times.
• Ensures that all guest requests, enquiries and complaints are responded to immediately and followed up on efficiently.
• Maintains a high level of communication with the Hotel Director and other departments around the ship.
• Coordinates, organizes and supervises the front office operation.
• Displays a full and comprehensive knowledge of the ship's facilities, ports of call and services.
• Organizes and leads training sessions for all reception team members to continuously develop their knowledge, techniques, skills, guest focus and sense of service.
