Responsibilities

• Providing exceptional customer service following our Selling Ceremony.
• Demonstrating and reflecting the luxury lifestyle image through service, attitude and grooming.
• Developing knowledge of product construction, materials, care and design.
• Building and maintaining your own client database for repeat visits.
• Resolving customer complaints by investigating problems and offering solutions.
• Assisting in stock replenishment and maintaining stock controls.
• Participating in stock takes and store meetings.
• Representing Jimmy Choo during promotional events and activities.
• Ensuring merchandise presentation reflects VM standards and store cleanliness.
