Qualifications

• Demonstrated success as a sales consultant within a luxury brand.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluent English (additional languages would be beneficial).
• Strong sales skills and knowledge of the luxury market and customer service.
• Able to handle multiple demands and proactively address client needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service following Selling Ceremony.
• Demonstrate luxury image through service, grooming, dress code and behaviour.
• Develop detailed product knowledge to assist customers.
• Build and maintain a client database to encourage repeat visits.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly and offer effective solutions.
• Assist in stock replenishment and maintain stock controls.
• Ensure merchandise presentation meets VM standards and store cleanliness.
• Participate in store meetings and trainings and promotional events.
• Support store management in ad-hoc duties as needed.
• Contribute to overall boutique performance and target achievement.
