Jimmy Choo is seeking a Sales Associate for our Florence boutique. You will deliver exceptional service, reflect the luxury lifestyle, and develop knowledge of products to assist clients. You will build a client database to encourage repeat visits and contribute to boutique performance.

Fluent English is required; additional languages are a plus. You will support stock and VM standards, participate in events and meetings, and strive to achieve store targets in a dynamic luxury environment.

• Experience as a luxury-brand sales consultant.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Fluent in English; additional languages beneficial.

• Provide exceptional customer service following the Selling Ceremony.
• Maintain luxury image through grooming, attitude and dress code.
• Develop product knowledge to assist clients effectively.
• Build and manage a client database for repeat visits.
• Resolve customer issues and propose solutions to management.

• Ensure merchandise presentation meets VM standards.
