You will build a client base, maintain stock accuracy, and participate in promotional events while adhering to VM standards and store policies.

Responsibilities

• Providing exceptional customer service and surpassing expectations by following our Selling Ceremony.
• Reflecting the glamorous luxury lifestyle image of Jimmy Choo through service, attitude and grooming.
• Developing detailed product knowledge to offer knowledgeable assistance on design, materials and care.
• Building and maintaining a personal client database to secure repeat visits and loyalty.
• Resolving complaints promptly by investigating issues and advising store management on solutions.
• Replenishing stock according to company procedures and maintaining stock controls for supply accuracy.
• Participating in stock takes and ensuring proper stockroom operations.
• Attending store meetings and training to maintain clear communication.
• Representing Jimmy Choo at promotional events and activities.
• Ensuring merchandise presentation reflects VM standards and keeping the boutique tidy.
• Contributing ideas to improve boutique performance and achieve KPIs.
• Following required procedures and policies and communicating Health & Safety concerns to the Store Manager.
• Supporting back-of-house and administrative operations and being flexible for ad-hoc duties.
