• Demonstrable success gained as a sales consultant within a luxury brand.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Experience in delivering high-level customer service and achieving store targets.
• Strong understanding of the luxury market, fashion and customer service.
• Fluency in English with additional European languages beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service following the Selling Ceremony.
• Demonstrate and reflect the luxury image through service, grooming and dress code.
• Develop knowledge of product construction, materials and care to assist customers.
• Build and maintain your own client database for repeat visits and loyalty.
• Replenish stock and maintain stock controls to ensure supply and accuracy.
• Support store meetings, training events and promotional activities.
