Qualifications

• Experience as a sales consultant in a luxury brand.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Multilingual abilities would be beneficial.
• Proven sales skills in a luxury retail environment.
• Knowledge of luxury market, customer service, and fashion.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service following selling ceremony.
• Represent Jimmy Choo image through service, attitude and grooming.
• Develop product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
• Build and maintain a client database for repeat visits.
• Resolve complaints promptly and propose solutions to store management.
• Support stock replenishment and inventory accuracy.
• Participate in stock takes and store meetings/ training.
• Assist in promotional events and ensure boutique presentation aligns with VM standards.
