Job summary

The Welcomist Intern at Hermès in Rome will deliver outstanding customer experiences and quickly learn the luxury fashion retail environment. You will greet clients warmly, understand their needs, and guide them through the store with the Sales Associate in charge of the Métiers they are interested in.

You will manage customer queues with Hermès devices, assist schedule appointments and visits, and coordinate with Operations to ensure online orders, after-sales service and reservations are

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with linguistic or fashion/luxury focus.
• Fluency in Italian and English.
• A third language is a plus.
• Proficient with Excel/IT tools.
• Willing to work with full-time hours.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with a warm and hospitable greeting.
• Build strong relationships to discover client needs and wishes.
• Engage with clients while they wait for the Sales Associate.
• Manage queues using Hermès devices.
• Assist scheduling of appointments and customer visits.
• Coordinate with Operations for online orders, after-sales service and reservations delivery.
