BALMAIN in Italy is seeking a Sales Associate with a strong personality and passion for delivering an exclusive customer experience.

You will welcome clients to the store, build loyalty, support the sales team, assist on- and off-floor, and help with stock control and CRM data. Fluency in English is mandatory, and experience in a luxury house is highly valued as you grow your career in our brand.

Competenze

• 2+ years of experience in a luxury retail environment or similar setting.
• Familiarity with luxury brand service standards and building client books.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong organizational ability.

Mansioni

• Welcome clients to the Balmain Store experience with first-class service and personal follow-up.
• Build loyalty and client confidence to maximise sales.
• Support the Sales Team for smooth transactions and assist on- and off the sales floor.
• Assist with visual merchandising and back-of-house duties such as shipping and inventory control.
• Gather CRM details to maintain relationships and build a client book for follow-up.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and engage in store training.
• Assist with stock control and management.
