Golden Goose is seeking a dynamic analyst to join our retail performance team in Milan. You will execute retail performance analysis reporting and collaborate with store managers to drive meaningful improvements across our stores.

The role offers exposure to luxury retail, cross-functional collaboration with regional directors, real estate, product, and HR, and opportunities to influence commercial initiatives. Proficiency in Excel and BI tools, plus English, are highly valued.

Competenze

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Curiosity, eagerness to learn, proactivity; adaptability across teams.
Good command of English, both written and spoken.
Interest in retail or fashion is a plus.
Knowledge of BI systems (Microstrategy) is a plus.

Data analysis and communication: Analyze store performances in terms of sales, KPIs, productivity and profitability.
Cross-team collaboration to provide data-driven insights and recommendations for commercial initiatives and performance improvements.
