Golden Goose in Milan invites a Store Operations Manager to oversee daily store operations, keep inventory accurate, and ensure HQ guidelines are followed.

You will coordinate back‑of‑house tasks, support omnichannel initiatives, train staff on tools like Salesforce, Xstore and Stealth, and improve processes.

Fluent Italian and English are required, with experience in premium retail, strong leadership and analytical skills, and a proactive approach to loss prevention and safety.

• Fluent Italian and English.
• Demonstrated experience in retail operations, stock management, or store administration.
• Strong command of retail management systems and digital tools (Salesforce, Xstore, Stealth).
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and analytical skills with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
• Effective time management, prioritizing tasks efficiently.
• Strong team player.

• Inventory Control & Stock Management: Ensure accurate stock movements and traceability.
• Business & Store Support: Coordinate in-store operational activities to drive sales and client experience.
• Training: Train and onboard store staff on company tools and procedures.
• Health, Safety & Maintenance: Ensure store is maintained and compliant with Health & Safety regulations.
• Loss Prevention & Operational Compliance: Ensure compliance with security and SOPs.
