Job summary

Diesel Verona Store is seeking a passionate Client Advisor to deliver an exceptional in-store experience. You will focus on understanding client desires, build authentic relationships, and drive sales through storytelling, cross-selling, and CRM initiatives.

Fluent Italian and English are required. Expect a dynamic, inclusive team environment with development opportunities across the Diesel and OTB networks, plus staff discounts and lunch vouchers.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales roles is a plus.
• Experience in structured Fashion Luxury/Retail Companies is a plus.
• Passionate in retail, client service and commercial mindset.
• Excellent understanding of the luxury sector and product sensitivity.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Act with the client and their experience in mind; know client desires and expectations.
• Welcome and assist each client, delivering an excellent in-store experience.
• Master storytelling and asking engaging questions.
• Build long-term authentic client bonds through personal connections and CRM.
• Handle customer complaints by liaising with the line manager when needed.
• Demonstrate leadership on the selling floor to meet sales targets and KPIs.
• Engage in cross-selling with all Departments to maximize opportunities.
• Show product and brand knowledge on the shop floor.
• Maintain high standards of shop floor visuals and stock procedures.
• Contribute to ensuring security and prevent theft on the floor.
• Think innovatively about improvements and new fashion trends.
