The Level Group is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Store Manager to join our expanding retail network. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will support daily operations, drive client experience, and uphold brand standards across all channels.

You will lead by example on the shop floor, mentor staff, manage stock, and ensure accurate CRM data while delivering exceptional service to luxury clientele.

• Experience in fashion, luxury, or premium retail.
• Strong client service mindset and commercial acumen.
• Proven ability to lead and support a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and multi-tasking in a fast-paced store.
• Fluency in Italian and English.

• Support Store Manager in day-to-day operations and sales targets.
• Deliver personalized client experiences and support clienteling.
• Welcome clients, assess needs, and provide tailored product recommendations.
• Maintain store presentation to brand standards and visual merchandising.
• Guide store team on sales floor and foster a collaborative environment.
• Oversee transactions, returns, discounts, and cash handling.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate merch flow between stockroom and floor.
