The Wilde is seeking a senior hospitality professional to lead the restaurant floor, guiding service and guest experiences at our luxury club in Milan. You will work closely with the kitchen, oversee private dinners and events, and manage budgets to sustain excellence.

With 5+ years in luxury dining, you’ll inspire teams, own guest relations, and ensure every detail reflects our high standards. Strong English and Italian are required for a global, exclusive member experience.

Competenze

• 5+ years’ experience in luxury dining and fine hospitality.
• Strong leadership and team communication.
• Able to manage guest relations and events.
• Budgets, P&L, and cost control experience.
• Fluent in English and Italian.
