The Wilde is seeking a senior hospitality professional to lead the restaurant floor, guiding service and guest experiences at our luxury club in Milan. You will work closely with the kitchen, oversee private dinners and events, and manage budgets to sustain excellence.

With 5+ years in luxury dining, you’ll inspire teams, own guest relations, and ensure every detail reflects our high standards. Strong English and Italian are required for a global, exclusive member experience.

What you’ll do:

At The Wilde, the restaurant is where the evening comes to life, and you'll be the one guiding it. You'll spend your time on the floor, close to our members and to your team, shaping the flow of service and keeping a gentle eye on every table. From the first reservation to the last coffee, from the way a table is set to the way a regular is welcomed back, you'll make sure every moment feels considered and personal.

You’ll work hand in hand with the kitchen so service moves with ease, look after private dinners and events, and listen closely to what our guests share with us, turning it into the small touches that make them feel at home. Behind the scenes you'll also take care of the essentials, from budgets to costs, so the restaurant can keep doing what it does best.

Who you are:

• Curious, open-minded, and guided by strong values


• 5+ years’ experience in luxury dining, with a true feel for fine hospitality


• A natural leader who inspires teams and communicates with impact


• Master of guest relations, fine dining service, and event execution


• Commercially sharp — skilled in budgeting, P&L, and cost control


• Tech-savvy with POS, CRM, and reservation systems


• Fluent in English and Italian (other languages a plus)


• Detail-driven, guest-focused, and quick to adapt in fast-paced settings
