COREcruitment seeks a Front of House Manager to lead VIP Lounge operations in a luxury aviation hospitality setting in Milan. You will drive service excellence, oversee guest experiences, and coordinate F&B and guest services to maintain world-class standards.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in luxury hospitality, 1+ year in a supervisory role, and fluency in English and Italian. Strong leadership and IT skills are essential, with flexibility to work shifts and holidays.

Competenze

• 5+ years in luxury hospitality with at least 1 year in a supervisory/managerial role.
• Multilingual skills preferred; fluency in English and Italian.
• Intermediate IT proficiency (MS Office, database management).
• Strong leadership, communication, and detail orientation.
• Availability to work shifts, weekends and holidays.

Mansioni

• Oversee VIP Lounge guest experience from arrival to departure.
• Lead and develop staff to deliver 5-star service; manage schedules.
• Coordinate F&B, Guest Experience and Butler teams; maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
• Handle guest complaints professionally and ensure prompt resolution.
