The Wilde is seeking a seasoned hospitality leader to guide front-of-house excellence in a luxury dining setting in Milan. You will lead floor service, coordinate with the kitchen, and oversee private events while ensuring every guest experience reflects our standards of discretion and refinement.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in luxury dining, strong leadership, budgeting skills, and fluency in English and Italian.

5+ years’ experience in luxury dining with a keen eye for hospitality.
Natural leader who inspires teams and communicates with impact.
Master of guest relations, fine dining service, and event execution.
Commercially sharp — budgeting, P&L, and cost control.
Tech-savvy with POS, CRM, and reservation systems.
Fluent in English and Italian; other languages a plus.

Mansioni

Lead floor service and guide the flow of service from first reservation to final guest goodbye.
Collaborate with kitchen, manage private dinners and events, and ensure flawless execution.
Oversee budgets and costs to support restaurant operations and profitability.
