Job summary

The Level Group seeks an experienced Store Manager to lead our Castel Romano Designer Outlet store. You will oversee daily operations, drive sales, and build a high‑performing team delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Fluent Italian and English, hands-on leadership, and a strong eye for visual merchandising are essential to succeed in this luxury retail/outlet environment. You will manage stock, ensure brand standards, and report performance to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Store Manager in fashion/luxury/outlet environments.
• Fluent Italian and English.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring a high standard of service and an excellent customer experience.
• Drive sales performance and monitor key commercial indicators, identifying opportunities to achieve store targets and improve profitability.
• Lead, motivate and develop the store team through regular feedback, coaching and training.
• Support the recruitment, onboarding and ongoing development of store employees.
• Organize team activities and schedules to ensure effective coverage and smooth store operations.
• Build strong customer relationships and support clienteling and CRM activities to grow customer loyalty.
• Ensure the store’s presentation, product displays and visual merchandising meet company and brand guidelines.
• Monitor stock levels, deliveries and replenishment, and ensure accurate stock handling.
• Oversee point-of-sale and back-office activities, including cash management, reporting and administrative tasks.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and applicable health, safety and loss-prevention standards.
• Address customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally.
• Share regular updates on store performance, customer needs and operational priorities with relevant stakeholders.
